JONNY VANG

Three childhood friends have put themselves in a complicated three-way situation: Jonny is Magnus' friend, Magnus is Tuva's Husband, and Tuva is Jonny's mistress.

As the situation gets more and more intolerable, Jonny decides to fix it. But as soon as Jonny tells Tuva that he wants a more serious commitment, somebody hits him on the head with a showel. Jonny suspects there is a connection, but both Tuva and Magnus claim they don't know anything about the attack.

Friendship, marriage, fatherhood and infidelity are put to the test as Jonny Vang is being shot at, gets his car wrecked, somebody sabotages his business, he looses his house and is denied a bankloan. Jonny Vang, however, is not a quitter!

Jonny Vang is a hilarious comedy, full of music and personality. It is about taking one step at a time. It's a film about making choices even if the possibilities are few. It's a simple film about life. Nothing turns out as expected. And nothing is as it seems.
